In the event that a product is not available at the time of invoicing then HDNW will place the item on Back-Order. The product will be shipped to the customer as soon as the part is available via an authorized courier service. If the customer would like the Back-Ordered part to be placed in Will-Call for pick up then he/she must notify HDNW right away.
All purchases come with a 7-day return policy from the date of the original invoice and must be returned complete with all original packaging. Some returns may incur a restocking fee determined at the time of the return. Most items come with a 1-year defective warranty exchange through HDNW from the date of the original invoice. If the replacement part is no longer available it will be at HDNW's sole discretion to upgrade or send the defective part back to the Manufacturer. Any physical damage or use outside of Manufacture guidelines will void any warranty with HDNW. Refunds must be given in the same form of payment as the original invoice. Cash returns under $50 will be paid in cash immediately, anything over $50 will be returned in the form of a check mailed out on the first business day after the return invoice has been processed.
Return Exceptions The following products listed are non-returnable. Software, Printers, Scanners, Ink Cartridges, Printer Toner, Laptops, Systems Not Built by Hard Drives Northwest, for all warranty exchanges or inquiries contact the manufacturer. No return on Special Order products. All Special Order Items are designated with a (*) next to the parts description.
All computer systems built by HDNW come with a 1-year parts and a 3-year labor warranty. If the replacement for a defective part is not available then it will be upgraded or sent to the manufacturer for repair/replacement at HDNW discretion. Systems will be covered for any labor necessary to repair the system up to 3-years from date of original purchase. Virus removal and data backups are not covered under the warranty. Any work done by anyone other HDNW will not will not be covered under the system warranty. Any adjustments, modification or alterations that do not follow manufacturer guidelines voids any warranty with HDNW.
